In light of the recent directive from the Prime Minister’s Office concerning the governance and oversight of State-Owned Enterprises or Syarikat Berkepentingan Kerajaan (SBK) and Syarikat Berhad Menurut Jaminan or Companies Limited by Guarantee (CLBG), this event is strategically designed to explore the enhancement of governance practices within these entities.
The directive emphasizes the importance of integrity, conflict of interest management, asset declaration, and continuous professional development for board members and senior management. Through this conference, we hope to equip Board members, C-suite members, and Senior Managers with a deeper understanding of the new guidelines and their practical implications.
The sessions will cover key principles and implementation nuances including on advanced risk management and board evaluations.
